Naya Pakistan Housing Program

Naya Pakistan Housing Program It is a government-run project where five million affordable houses for Pakistanis are to be constructed. Through this scheme, citizens of Pakistan and Overseas Pakistanis are in a position to purchase their dream home by getting subsidized loans from the banks. This is an opportunity for every Pakistani citizen like teacher, doctors, lawyers, industry professionals, technicians, freelancers, security guards, drivers, housewives, private job holders etc. to avail this offer to buy shelter for their family and loved ones.

Following are the loan amounts that can be taken from banks with subsidized rates.

Tier 0 PKR Up to 2,000,000/-

Tier 1 PKR Up to 3,500,000/-

Tier 2 PKR Up to 6,000,000/-

Tier 3 PKR Up to 10,000,000/-

1. Provide understanding of Shariah based Islamic Banking for Home Loans.

 2. Preliminary qualification of documents required for Home Loan Applications.

3. Evaluate and assess salary / income statements and provide visibility on the Loan Amount that can be granted.

4. Mark monthly installments that would be payable by customer under the Term Loan of 5,10,15 and 20 years.

5. Educate customers on the level of personal contribution/down payment required.

6. Forward all documents to the concerned bank for processing the loan application.
